I was lucky enough to spend a few days at the magnificent hotel and I can say it was an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff that made me feel at home. The hotel is very comfortable and luxurious, with first-class facilities that cater to all my needs. My room was very spacious and well decorated, providing the perfect atmosphere to relax and rest. The tranquility of the environment was remarkable, and I was able to recharge my energies thanks to the peace that the hotel offered. The cleanliness and organization of the hotel also deserve praise. Everything was spotless, which contributed to a pleasant and comfortable stay. In addition, the room service was exceptional and the food offered by the hotel's restaurant was simply delicious. In summary, my stay at the hotel was exceptional and I have nothing to complain about. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, tranquility, cleanliness, and organization. This is definitely a place to stay and enjoy a unique and unforgettable experience!

From the kindness of Opong at reception area, through to the professional and friendly service by Stuart at the Sports Bar, there was a great feeling of contentment and professional integrity. With a welcoming and spacious pool area with a swim up bar, and a small but serviceable gym, the facilities are spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The Villa Naas Restaurant, offering fine Lebanese inspired cooking was in all honesty one of the finest meals I have experienced in my 45 years of travelling the world! Bravo to all.

The entire staff, notably Mrs. Shefali was friendly and went above and beyond also all other departments like security, F&B, FO & house keeping . Also because I stayed in the hotel, The room was both comfortable and elegant, offering a perfect retreat. Staying on-site eliminated any logistical stress, allowing us to focus on the event's success. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable experience!

My guest was happy about the location, peaceful and not too crowded. She was there more for relaxation and peace of mind. I requested for the room that is facing in polo area and I was even offered for room upgrade but I declined as the polo area was nicer. She was happy with room cleanliness. The hotel accommodated past 2PM for late check which was really nice and helpful for her to unwind. She mentioned that the receptionist Sohan was very assistive and also Kamal who made sure she had everything she needs.

Washrooms must be more water friendly as the water was pouring out and making the floor wet and slippery.
